Tender chicken breast recipes

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness with the bottom. Lightly season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan large enough to fit the chicken in a single layer. Pound chicken breasts lightly so they are of even thickness. Pour olive oil in a x baking dish.
